app100 is a curated swipe file of posts from top app founders and builders, covering topics such as marketing, acquisition, design, and onboarding. Some content is publicly accessible, while additional features (Vault, My Zone, notes) require creating a free account.

• You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When using app100, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation.

• Posts featured on app100 (tweets/X posts and associated screenshots or cover images) remain the property of their original authors. app100 curates and links to this content for educational and inspirational purposes.
• Notes, saved posts, and any content you create within your account (My Zone) remain yours, but you grant us a license to store and display them back to you as part of the service.

The app100 name, design, and original content (excluding curated third-party posts) are the property of app100 and may not be reproduced without permission.

app100 relies on third-party providers (Supabase for authentication/database, MailerLite for email communications). Your use of the site is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant.

app100 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that curated content is fully accurate or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, app100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to app100 at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
